Professor Graham Squires is an International Economist, Geographer, and Planner with expertise in Property and Housing. Author of 6 books. Written over 100 peer-review journals, conference papers, grant-funded reports, and book chapters. Lectured at The University of Manchester, UWE Bristol, and Birmingham University. Visiting scholar at the University of California Berkeley, University of Illinois, and Delft University. President-Elect - Pacific Rim Real Estate Society (PRRES); Council member of the New Zealand Association of Economists (NZAE). CEO of The Property Foundation, and a Fulbright Scholar

Iona McCarthy has research interests thath are wide ranging and in recent years have included; rural land use change, farm succession, and rural property markets. Iona is a registered valuer with professional valuation experience in both residential and rural valuation. She is a very well respected member of the valuation profession as evidenced by my status as a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand and the PINZ Academic Award. Iona has been involved in the development of the agribusiness programmes for many years and my sustained practical farming experience has been very valuable in programme development and teaching in this area. Research experience in property valuation led to lead role in commissioned research in the emerging area of impact of wind facilities on property value. Collaborative research has been with Rural Profesionals on Integrating Horticultural and Arable Land Use Options into Hill Country Farm Systems.
Senior Lecturer - Computer Science
Teo was awarded a PhD for his research focusing on machine learning. He worked in industry as a machine learning analyst and still continues to research applied and practical aspects of machine learning, and more broadly artificial intelligence. His recent interest in the emerging field of Data Science has expended his research to include Big Data technologies for data processing, wrangling and visualisation as well as process mining.
