Guest speaker Garry Dowse

On 13 May, 2019, Mr Garry Dowse a Registered Valuer, a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and Property Institute of New Zealand, an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand was invited as a guest speaker at Massey University, Palmerston North. He shared his practical knowledge with 127.245 Introduction to Property Finance and Investment students about different property valuation methods supported by real examples. He also announced a scholarship for 12 months with condition of employment for the same period on completion of studies for 3rd year valuation students.
